Campground Carousel was selected as a finalist for the 2019 Winnipeg Folk Fest ‘Arts and Animation’ Program, created with Danton Derksen. Placed within the campground during the five day music festival, campers were able to interact with the design both day and night. Campground Carousel was received extremely well and gained a strong social media presence, encouraging festival goers to tag images with #campgroundcarousel. The installation was frequented as a place of wayfinding, of rest and of play.
